PCIe expansion card riser 1 (slot 1 and slot 2)
The expansion card riser enables you to connect PCI Express expansion cards.

BOSS S2 card (optional)
This slot supports the BOSS S2 module.

The expansion card riser enables you to connect PCI Express expansion cards.

This port is USB 2.0-compliant.

Power supply unit (PSU 2)

Both power supplies should be plugged in to power to provide redundancy.

Enables you to connect a display device to the system.

USB 3.0 port (1)
The USB ports are 9-pin and 3.0-compliant. These ports enable you to connect USB devices to the system.

iDRAC dedicated port. Enables you to remotely access iDRAC.
Enables you to remotely access iDRAC. iDRAC is very useful for remote management and direct access of the appliance.

System identification button
The System Identification (ID) button is available on the back of the system. Press the button to identify a system in a rack by turning on the system ID button. You can also use the system ID button to reset iDRAC and to access BIOS using the step through mode.

OCP NIC port (optional)
This port supports OCP 3.0. The NIC ports are integrated on the OCP card which is connected to the system board.

NIC port (1, 2)
The NIC ports are embedded on the LOM card that is connected to the system board.
